    La nostra storia

Palazzo Gelmi is a historical building that has been in the Gelmi family for over a century. The Palazzo maintains the original 19th century project , with marble cornices set around the wrought iron window gratings, railings and wooden gates.

From the entrance in Via Tazzoli, you enter the hall and climb the nineteenth century staircase onto the B&B on the first floor.

During reconstruction, neoclassical frescos came to light which presumably date back to the second half of the 18th century.

During major refurbishment, not only the frescos on the walls and ceiling were preserved, but also all the original 19th century elements such as engraved windows, stucco walls, doors and wooden flooring.

Entering Palazzo Gelmi means being embedded in a unique historical dimension which the owner is proud to preserve.

Today Palazzo Gelmi welcomes guests to share and appreciate both the beauty of the building as well as the wonderful city of Verona.
